- All orders placed through the AFRI GADGET online store are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.
- Prices are displayed in Namibian Dollars (NAD) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

- Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order. Orders will only be processed and shipped once payment has been successfully received and verified.
- In the event that payment is not received or is unsuccessful, AFRI GADGET reserves the right to cancel the order.

- Once an order has been confirmed and processed, cancellations or changes may only be made in line with AFRI GADGET's Return & Refund Policy.

- Deliveries are made nationwide in Namibia, with estimated delivery times between 2–5 working days depending on location.
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on order size, weight, and destination.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. AFRI GADGET will not be held liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved.
- Items such as screen protectors, earphones, and hygiene-related accessories are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is found to be faulty.
Defective Products
If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, customers must notify us immediately at info@topcellnamibia.com for replacement or refund.
