Questions about placing orders and payment methods

Placing an order is simple! Browse our products, select the items you want, and add them to your cart. Once ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, choose your payment method, and complete the purchase. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.

We accept various secure payment methods including:

  • Cash on delivery (selected areas)

All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.

Order modifications or cancellations are possible if your order hasn't been processed yet (usually within 1-2 hours of placing). As per Namibian tax regulations, all prices displayed on our website include VAT (Value Added Tax) unless specifically stated otherwise. This means the price you see is the final price you pay - no hidden taxes or surprises at checkout. We believe in transparent pricing for our customers.

Delivery times vary by location:

  • Windhoek: 1-2 working days
  • Major towns (Swakopmund, Walvis Bay, Oshakati): 2-3 working days
  • Other areas: 3-5 working days

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays or extreme weather conditions.

Yes! We deliver to all regions of Namibia. Our courier network covers urban areas, towns, and rural locations. Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and weight. Remote areas may have extended delivery times.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location (distance from Windhoek)
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Delivery speed (standard or express)
  • Order value (free shipping may apply for orders over certain amounts)

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package through our courier partner's website. You can also contact us at any time for updates on your order status.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) required
  • Product must not show signs of damage or wear

Some items like earphones, screen protectors, and hygiene-related accessories are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

To return a product:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return instructions and address
  4. Package the item securely with all original contents
  5. Send via courier (return shipping costs apply)
  6. We'll inspect and process your refund within 3-5 business days

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

  • Customer's change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
  • Wrong item delivered: We cover return shipping
  • Defective/damaged product: We cover return shipping
  • Product not as described: We cover return shipping

Refund processing times:

  • Inspection: 1-2 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Bank transfer: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Card refunds: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
